When you use the form we may receive your name, company, email address, telephone number if you choose to provide it, your message, the starting point you select, language and source page. We also record the date of consent. Security and hosting systems may process technical data required to protect and deliver the service, such as IP address, browser information and security logs.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use your data to reply to your enquiry, assess the project you describe and, when requested, prepare or continue conversations prior to a possible professional relationship. The legal basis is your consent and, where applicable, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. Certain technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting the site against abuse, fraud and attacks.

We keep information for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and manage any relationship arising from it.
